Shipping: Costs & Information

Once payment has been confirmed, the goods you order will be delivered to the address you give us when you place your order.

If the goods you have ordered are in stock, we aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days, so for UK orders, you can typically expect to receive your goods within 7 working days.

If the good you have ordered are not in stock, we will email you with an estimate date for the item to be dispatched, this can take up to 3 weeks. Custom and bespoke orders will vary. A bespoke dress can take up to 4 months.

However, please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or time for the delivery. We will not be liable for loss suffered by you due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details which you can use to track your order online.

We offer complementary shipping within the UK. Please contact us to arrange international shipping. 

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept exchanges on our online ready to wear collections. You cannot return items that have been customised or made bespoke for you.

With our online ready to wear items you have the right to cancel your order with us and you can exercise this legal right any time up until the time we dispatch your order by emailing or phoning us. 

If an item is faulty you also have the right to receive a refund, you must notify us that you wish to return your item within 14 days of the day on which you receive your goods. You can receive a full refund, exchange or store credit.

For a Refund the item must be in the original condition it left us, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all the labels, tags and ribbon attached, in its original packaging and with the purchase receipt. All items are inspected upon return.

Returning the item is at your expense and must be sent via a signed service. 

To do this, simply go to our Site, log into your account and click on “Request Return” for the relevant item and follow the process as directed.

Whilst in your possession, you must take reasonable care of the goods which should be returned in their original and unused condition with original packaging. If labels and/or garment tags are removed, the goods will be considered used, no refund will be given and the goods will be returned to you.
